The purpose of this paper is to present the possibilities of acquiring new customers and gaining their loyalty in online enterprises. The author attempts to identify the most useful tools to acquire and maintain customers. The online market is very difficult for contemporary enterprises, as it involves many challenges. Meeting the expectations of contemporary customers is difficult, but also beneficial, which makes it worth trying and gaining as many benefits as possible.
