Abstract:
The traditional model of any enterprise was made up of a strong “centre” surrounded by numerous branches.” The centre” establishes the strategic direction, chanels the distribution of resources and evaluates the results.The design of an overpowerful “centre” which acts as the brains of the enterprise was put under big pressure at the moment when the business of the organization had to develop a quick way of thinking and acting, and when the shaping and implementation of the new strategies were carried out.
