Abstract:

The main purpose of management information systems is to assist the decision making in a business. Most business applications are too inflexible to keep pace with the business processes they support. The main cause of the gap between the strategic objectives and processes execution is determined by the insufficient encouragement of the collaboration and the lack of adaptability of software applications which assist to the continuous evolution of business conditions. The adaptive approach for enterprise management must adapt to the business and its work and evolve with it.
