Adoption of Cloud Storage Services by Individuals: The Importance of Marketing Efforts

Abstract:

This study investigates the influence of marketing efforts on increasing the intention of individuals to use cloud storage services. The method includes the use of a questionnaire for data collection and statistical analysis of the results using techniques of Structural Equations Model (SEM). The results present relevant insights for IT and marketing professionals, while helping to better target strategic IT service development planning and advertising investments.
