Abstract:

Training for adults has become over time a must for people in rural areas, in order for them to adapt to technological changes and new jobs created, but also to develop non-agricultural occupations. In Romania, vocational training is managed by legislation, with both authorized and unauthorized programs developing new skills. European legislation also intervenes in the development of professional training through regulations but also through programs funded by the European Union.
