Abstract:

Knowledge stickiness have an important impact on performance of knowledge transfer. Based on redefining the concept of knowledge stickiness, this paper analyzes the impact of various factors on knowledge stickiness through theoretical and empirical research. The result shows that the subject factors, knowledge factors and context factors of knowledge transfer have important impact on knowledge stickiness. This conclusion provides academic reference and empirical gist for the future research.
