Abstract:

The main objectives of this study are to find the dimension of after retirement successful entrepreneur (ARSE) construct and to find a model of determinant variable of ARSE. The research was done qualitatively in two stages. On the first stage researchers interviewed 15 after requirement successful entrepreneurs. On the second stage researchers conducted a focus group discussion (FGD) by inviting three experts and four student contributors. The study found there are five dimensions of ARSE: financial freedom, family time freedom, personal satisfaction, degree of spirituality and blessing others. This study also define a model of determinant variables of ARSE. This study is expected to be able to contribute and be useful for the retirees in planninga a business and or in managing their business.
