Abstract:

The scope of Agile-methods application is growing substantially . And educational sector is not being left out. We can establish at least two aspects of applying Agile-methods in education – (1) in the students’ educational process itself and (2) in the management system of educational institutions. When we are applying Agile-methods as a managerial instrument in education, we can use Agile transformation framework. In that case not only we are able to diagnose the problematic areas (bottlenecks) in the educational institution’s management, but discover possible ways of solving these issues.
