Abstract:

In a modern era, information is a basic criterion in the business management. Taking into account the capacity development in the field of IT that Romania owns and the need of performing agriculture, implementation of computer solutions becomes essential. The paper presents good practices related to the use of information technologies (ICT) adaptable associative forms of agriculture. Standardization of information at an international level and the need for foreign investments in Romania make it necessary to develop a computerized application capable of providing a concrete situation for the management of entities with the purpose of reducing the costs for production, strategic positioning, market profile and easy access to information. Such an application would make it possible for streamlining the process of accessing grants, representing a source of sustainable development of the company and hence for agriculture. The authors think about a possible IT solution, with a simple interface, capable of reuniting information from several existing databases, easy and accessible to all categories of agricultural producers.
