Abstract:

The world has become a borderless globe. Advances in communication technology and liberalization have triggered innovativeness. Through the collapse of time and space, globalization have contributed immensely to the dynamics of Commerce as we have it today. Despite its many gains, globalization remains an uneven process which distributes benefits and losses; creating a gapping imbalance between developed countries that gain and developing countries that lose out in the long run. With this awareness, countries make deliberate and consistent efforts to ensure they gain all while trading with little or no shocks to its economy therein.
