An Analysis of Causes and Circumstances of Accidents in Company Management by Means of Ishikawa Method and Quality Valuation

Abstract:

An employer is responsible for the health and safety at work. By means of various methods and management techniques, he tries to make the work environment not only efficient, but also safe. Occasionally, however, work accidents do occur in the work environment. The role of an employer is to investigate the causes and circumstances of their occurrence. The preparation of an accident protocol should not end the accident procedure. It is in the employer's interest to perform an in-depth analysis of the incident in order to find out the organizational or managerial causes of the accident. In this paper, the Ishikawa diagram and the method of quality evaluation were used to analyze the causes and technical circumstances of accidents in enterprise management.
