An Analysis of the Motivational Perspectives of Surveys and Experience Values in Small Construction Companies with the Necessary Ethics and Moral Components

Abstract:

The elaboration of Motivation factors with practical approaches includes representative surveys interviews and field research as a whole. Especially in the field of small building trades, data is collected through the application of empirical determinations with empirical values using various techniques.  Due to the diverse socially conditioned investigations of small construction companies, empirical investigations through interviews, surveys and empirical values are primarily used to show the practical aspects of small construction companies through social science and practical investigations (field research) in the social and economic context of a potential economic direction with work instruction methods.  The work in the sense of personnel management with the work situations contained in the work is therefore a need to write with the given motivational perspective. Under the term human resources management, short, subdivided factors are incorporated into the work in order to draw the common thread through the work. The literature is obtained from the Internet and Google Books and recorded with pictures based on my experiences and adventures.  The importance of ethics and morals, which form the basis of what is wrong and right for man, is incorporated into the work. So, it can be said that the manager represents his functionalization as a positive intermediary and intermediary between the boss and employees with the components of production control with humane, morally ethical work tasks and also with the moral encouragement to increase production.  The manager in today's working world with the global work change must now rethink a lot and behave in a loyal responsibility towards the employees, just and fair is the most important thing and absolutely strive for the success of the company goals.  The managerial leadership of the past is long gone in our global digitization age, it would be like a dinosaur method at this time.
