An Analysis of Value Management in Forestry Practice

Abstract:

The article deals with the problem of using the cost analysis method for evaluating innovative technologies and managing innovative projects in the field of reforestation and growing forest seedlings.

Using the method of cost analysis based on the calculation of cost and evaluation of the significance of functions, the operations of innovative technology for growing oak seedlings with a closed root system in one and two crop rotations in greenhouses are studied. The expert method was used. the selection of functions is made according to the ranking and the largest discrepancy between significance and cost.

The study allows us to develop a methodology for cost analysis in relation to the assessment of innovative technologies in the field of reforestation. Using the organizational scheme of the seedling growing process in addition to the cost analysis method allows you to more fully study all operations in innovative technology, assess their significance and identify "problem" functions in the technology of growing forest seedlings.

Using the methodology of cost analysis allows you to set the most expensive functions and manage the innovation process taking into account reliable information. the use of cost analysis reduces the cost of innovative technologies.

The effectiveness of the va method for evaluating innovative technologies in forestry is achieved primarily due to a new, different from the traditional, cost classification, reliable and sufficient information. The introduction of the va method in the practice of reforestation provides cost savings while improving the quality of growing forest seedlings.
