Abstract:

Employee performance is a strategic study within the organization, including college organizations. The purpose of this literature study is to build a model that explains organizational performance. The important antecedents that explain organizational performance are organizational culture, work environment and competence. This literature study uses a number of journal articles from various international conferences.
