An Analysis on the Effect of Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decision with Customer Satisfaction Being a Mediating Factor

Abstract:

Purchasing decision is a study on consumers purchasing behavior in which consumers will perform purchasing activity, the purchasing decision intended is the online consumer purchasing activity. This literature study aimed to develop a model explaining the consumers purchasing decision. The important antecedents to explain purchasing decision were product quality, price and consumers decision. This literature study employed a number of journal articles in several proceedings from various international conferences.
