Abstract:

The Critical Success Factors (CSF) for Public Private Partnership (PPP) in Malaysia has been a popular research as PPP has become one of the major project delivery system in Malaysia. Major infrastructure projects are blooming in Malaysia and it is needed for the success factors of PPP projects to be study as PPP has been a major project delivery system chosen for infrastructure projects in Malaysia. The various natures of projects will need different factors as their success project. This paper aim to appraise the key to success in PPP projects in Malaysia. Method used is mainly literature reviews on previous CSF and PPP journals. This paper observe that determining the right factors for PPP helps the construction industry to identify their major factors of consideration in order to lead to a success PPP projects.
