Abstract:

The purpose of the presented work is to analyze the innovative factors of economic development. Based on the analysis it is possible to realize the development forecast. Also in the work develop a methodology for evaluation, classification, as well as the impact of innovative projects on the economy of the regions of the Russian Federation. To solve the set tasks, a non-standard approach was chosen, namely, the use of technology to create hierarchies with machine-readable elements.
