Abstract:

The development of the real estate market in Poland is dynamic and is an important factor in the growth of the economy. Economic sciences, through research and theoretical studies, offer practitioners solutions to rationalise various areas of economic activity, including targeting real estate market participants (Bitner, Król, Piotrowski, Gajczak, 2019). There are discussions in the scientific community on improving the instrumentarium of analysis and evaluation of the real estate market as an investment area.
