Abstract:

The world community is going through a period of global changes, which is associated with the emergence of new threats and challenges to national security, which explains the attention and increased interest in these issues in scientific circles. National security presupposes not only the protection of national interests, but also the creation of the necessary conditions for the development of the individual, society and the state. The authors conducted a sociological study of young people to identify the significance of various types of threats and risks and reflected the most pressing threats and challenges to the development of Russian society. It has been established that during a pandemic, information security has acquired particular importance, which today is considered an important component of the system for ensuring the national security of an individual, society and the state.
