Abstract:

The article presents a method of analyzing the correlation of factors influencing the strategy of a systemically managed organization. The method is based on the assumptions of using the SWOT and TOWS methods and factors describing the context of the company's functioning included in the ISO 45001:2018 standard. Based on the analysis, a competitive strategy was determined, allowing for the use of identified opportunities conducive to the development of the examined company while minimizing the impact of weaknesses on the level of functioning of the organization. The effect of implementing the strategy should be an increase in the pro-development potential of the company, focused on following the assumptions of the established standard on the scope of safety and quality of health and life of employees and other interested parties.
