Abstract:

The considerations in this article focus on the analysis of the expectations of students of the last year of public university studies (Finance and accounting specialisation) in the field of raising qualifications/skills/competences and the level of their satisfaction, thanks to participation in the project “Be Creative – rozwój kadr dla sektora usług dla biznesu” (Development of staff for the business service sector), planned for implementation in 2018-2020. The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund (EFS) under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020 (PO WER). Presentation of the results of the conducted surveys and the experience of authors of the article from participation in project management was preceded by a description of the nature of the implemented project and conceptual and organizational basis of project (including those that make the project successful), within which the higher education sector has the ability to absorb EU funds in the current financial perspective.
