Analysis of Factors Determining the Improvement of Communication Skills in the Management of Work of Social Workers in Lifelong Education of Seniors

Abstract:

In our research, we focused on the analysis of the factors underlying effective communication between social workers and senior citizens in the context of the effective functioning of health care management in matters of care for this group of people. Attention was also paid to the lifelong learning of seniors in the area of information and communication technologies in the context of broadening their digital skills in communication in daily contact with the environment. The results of our research should be found to provide feedback to further deepen the knowledge and communication skills of social workers as well as to the effective functioning of health management on issues of mutually beneficial and adequate communication with the elderly.
