Abstract:
Animal abuse is an issue that is known worldwide and is one of the most serious problems of society, which despite the times continues to emerge until today. There are several ways to prevent it, but not the complete disappearance of it. To prevent animal abuse, information and communication technologies are used (ICT). This research is a systematic review of the literature and aims to make an analysis of ICT tools. For which, a compilation of 45 articles was made and systematized, which were taken from databases such as Scopus, IEEE Xplore, Ebschost, Scielo and Science Direct. The result of this work is that there are three tools that stand out: artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and applications. These tools promote in great quantity the decrease and control of the animal mistreatment.
