Analysis of Interaction of Russian Entrepreneurship Factors

Abstract:

The subject matter of research is Russian entrepreneurship. The work is aiming at detecting major interaction of factors of Russian entrepreneurship development. The research is based on the system approach applying statistical, cluster and neural network analysis.  The article centers around urgent problem of entrepreneurship development in the condition of worldwide decrease in consumer demand. The review of references made it possible to define the essence of entrepreneurship, motives and conditions of running business. Development stages of entrepreneurship methodology are cited in the work from Cantillon, Mill, Say and Baumol to Global Summit on Entrepreneurship. "Global Entrepreneurship Monitor" and "Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development" data were involved to evaluate interaction of Russian entrepreneurship development factors. The analysis resulted in finding out factors of  the best dynamics of new businesses and production establishment in Denmark, while Russia lagging behind it considerably. The analysis of interaction of Russian entrepreneurship development factors shows the essential role of new businesses and production establishment dynamics that in its turn is specified by basic motives and conditions to become an entrepreneur. The process to ensure sustainable growth of Russian entrepreneurship is related to the population training on necessary skills and knowledge to start business, accounting for introduction of issues of launching and running small and medium-sized businesses into the education system and professional training at the initial and intermediate levels.
