Analysis of Managerial Behaviours in the Management of Human Resources in a Production Enterprise

Abstract:

The article discusses questions related to the management of human resources based on the example of a production enterprise operating in the food industry. The scope of analysis comprises the managers’ skills and characteristics which constitute their typical attitudes as well as the management methods implemented in the selected enterprise. Furthermore, the article presents the results of an employee survey regarding specific managing behaviours and their impact on the work efficiency. The survey was completed by 40 employees from different departments of the enterprise. They participated in the survey voluntarily and anonymously.
