Abstract:
This article is targeted on the problems and issues relating to the management of economic (financial) processes in an enterprise as one of the key ancillary processes in an ERP system. It links on to the results and outcomes previously published in the Proceedings of the 12th IBIM Conference, and further, provides a more in-depth analysis of the ERP systems on offer in the Czech Republic designed for the management of the individual sub-processes and activities of the economic/financial process. This article further summarizes the observations and findings of the Center for inVestigations into Information Systems (CVIS) and presents the main results and
outcomes of their research into the Czech ERP market with an orientation on its coverage of economic process ERP systems.
