Abstract:

By Russian and international experience, a multi-level stability assessment system should be taken into account in order to assess the socio-economic stability and development prospects of coastal territorial objects. And for totality of such objects in the form of coastal ecosystems and coastal infrastructure, in which a person is present in all kinds of their life activity (residence, work, rest, etc.), as applied to the tasks of territorial planning, it's needed to use the system approach [1, 4, 5, 7, 9, 14].
