Abstract:

In present paper, the problem of the location of enterprises with in an increased risk of technological disaster is studied. Potentially hazardous enterprises include chemical enterprises or oil production platforms, for example. We are building a mathematical model technogenic accident at a potentially dangerous enterprise. Based on the mathematical model, we establish areas where the concentration of pollutants will pose an increased danger to people. When planning the infrastructure of the enterprise in these areas there will be no residential areas and highways. Mathematical models of the pollutants’ propagation in the water or in air are based on the nonlinear mass transfer equations are used.
