Abstract:

In early 2020, a COVID-19 pandemic emerged, generating a totally atypical turn in the world business market. Currently the work environment is destabilized to some extent, seeking, and trying to create new methods of work as social distancing is an alternative to prevent the spread of this disease. This study is a systematic review that shows and analyzes the best alternatives, trends, and impact of teleworking worldwide. To execute this study and analysis a bibliographic and conceptual review was carried out in the Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect databases, identifying 49 articles from the databases, as a result it is obtained that the main aspects are the impact of teleworking, research on teleworking and the types of teleworking.
