Abstract:

The implementation of processes using BPM in companies greatly impacts all participants in the organization where it is implemented and the level at which it benefits each of them according to the processes carried out. The use of processes with BPM generates a positive impact in many aspects in organizations and improves communication between areas, thereby optimizing and making internal processes more efficient; We can verify the adaptability of the users in a positive way to the processes with BPM which does not generate any problem in the implementation and daily use. This research is a scientific review and its objective is to analyze the improvement obtained when implementing processes with BPM in a company. For which, a compilation of 69 articles was made, related to the subject in question and databases from IEEE Explore, SCIENCE, SCOPUS, SCIELO, REDALYC and CONCYTEC were taken.
