Abstract:

The assessment of the impact of various economic indicators on labor productivity in the conditions of the transition of systems from industrial conditions of the 1st-3rd order of the economy to the 4th and subsequent levels of development of society in the post-industrial knowledge economy. The most significant indicators were identified using multiple regression analysis. The possibility of increasing the controllability of the speed of transformations of systems in the conditions of transformation processes is determined. The tasks of implementing the methods in the strategy of highly efficient transformations and the formed control mechanism for increasing the speed of transformations are solved. The analysis of the factors considered made it possible to switch from multiple regression analysis to fuzzy modeling methods that allow making forecasts of labor productivity values ​​for specific industrial enterprises. The main indicator of labor productivity is the output per employee. The results of the study allow us to assess the possibilities of a controlled reduction of uncertainty in the implementation of high-tech innovative transformations, increasing the efficiency and speed of system transformations.
