Abstract:
This article deals with the essence of CRM-system, the main reasons for the poor performance of CRM-system in online trading, the basic requirements of online trading to CRM, problems that help to solve CRM-system, the advantages that organizations of online trading receive from CRM-systems, studied the problems of implementation of CRM-systems in the online store. This analysis is the basis for decision-making. Information can be used in business intelligence systems.
