Abstract:

The best quality is a value in itself and we expect her almost in every field of the life. Wanting effectively to compete and to recruit manufacturing companies of customers, must meet growing requirements in this respect. In the automotive industry effective the quality management is crucial and is regarding every enterprise in the long supply chain. As the producer formed wtryskowo and for the largest automotive concerns we regard car parts formed of foams quality for the indicator of our action.

On account of its specificity the automotive industry is fixing standards of the quality for the whole industry. The compliance of every element applied for the production of the car with precisely determined norms and standards is in this case crucial, because a reliability and a safety of the ride are conditioning him. Systems of the passive safety and parts protecting passengers during the accident are playing the particular role. Produced according to norms increased to the limit and subjected to requiring tests must meet the highest quality requirements. Getting the perfect compliance of the component with precisely determined parameters requires proper managing the processes associated with the quality of the production.

The motorization is exerting the large impact on the human life - cars not only allow on free migration, but straight out became a part of a lifestyle. Their best quality influences not only the comfort of the use or the design, but above all safety of the ride. Whereas the quality of the car is closely dependent on it, what components was built from, how stayed with themselves give up and how are cooperating. Car manufacturers are producing only a small number of car parts, their straight majority comes from outside sub-suppliers. Therefore in this industry ones of the most rigorous quality standards developed.

The article contains an analysis of the problem related to manufacturing defects in the components of vehicle steering mechanism. Steps have been undertaken to identify the problem of quality defects occurrence by means of selected tools so as to reduce and eliminate such defects.
