Abstract:

This article describes the analysis and decision making in the change management process. Also describes the analysis and decision making in the change management process. this article describes formalization of the change management process and its implementation considering requirements of payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS). Automation of the process is shown using open-source ticket request system (OTRS).
