Abstract:
The emergence of digital media has altered the manner in which the airlines communicate with the public. Digital device is an electronic media that works using digital tools and social media platforms to create and spread digital content. The increase of digital media and their content element has presented tons of challenges to several industry (education, health, including the aviation industry in Nigeria). The authors used desk research, to collect data for the Analysis. The researchers retrieved publications and articles from the database of Scopus Research gate, PubMed, and the Internet. The usage of digital devices in Nigeria airlines result combined suggestion that social media strategy, traffic building strategy, web and blog design strategy have on effective communication service. The airline industry should use all the advantage of digital media for practical experiences for its clients to bring out behavioural reactions from them by ensuring timely and up-to-date information.
