Analytical and Information Support for Estimating the Level of Enterprise Development in the Food Products Market

Abstract:

The presented material introduces an improved matrix of managerial decision-making, based on the analysis of criteria for evaluating the activity of enterprises in the food market. Compared to others, this matrix provides an opportunity to examine the state of the enterprise based on the use of a set of criteria that are displayed on a scale of "favourable - unfavourable" value. This matrix takes into account both the internal state of the enterprise and its state in comparison with the external environment. This contributes to the basis for further research, especially when it comes to selecting analysis tools, researching factors, classifying them, and so on. The proposed analytical and information support includes aspects of possible short-, medium- and long-term forecasting.
