Abstract:

This paper proposes to test the 'Technology Acceptance at public electronic services using TAM proposed by Davis. TAM was applied in many studies but none implemented at public agencies in Iraq. This study will examine Perceived Ease of Used and Perceived Usefulness at the employees Usage Information System (IS) at indirectly way at Ministry Of Sciences and Technology (MOST) in Iraq. Data will be collected by survey. The main objective of this paper is to examine the implementation of e-government application in Iraq using TAM.
