Abstract:

The study is devoted to the problem of improving Russian legislation in the field of housing construction from the point of view of analyzing the modern experience of the European Union. It is recommended to use the approaches and methods of formation and implementation of the EU Green Deal strategy in the legislative practice of state regulation for the Russian territories development.
