Abstract:

Dynamic changes in the modern economy and growing market competition force manufacturing companies to continuously improve their processes in order to maintain and increase their competitive advantage. One of the key challenges organizations face is the need to reduce costs, improve product quality, and shorten order fulfillment times while flexibly adapting to changing customer needs. The concept of Lean Management has emerged as a response to these challenges; its essence lies in eliminating all forms of waste and creating added value for the customer.
