Approach for the Human Resources Management Analysis in Libraries and Museums: Case Study of Knowledge Cities

Abstract:

The information and the knowledge characterized as source of power are stand out as important for the organizations that know how to connect technology with personal capacity in the human resource. The research aims at developing an organizational model based on knowledge for libraries and museums. The collect data was make in Guimarães City, Portugal. The scientific methodology was to do concept map activities and the work research analysis involves collecting information for the organization ontology using of several methods: observation in technical visits, interviewing, concepts map. With the continuous analysis in the field of administrative theory for libraries and museums is possible to understand the need of valuing generation programs for the knowledge management in these areas. In future researches, could demonstrate that universe of organizational knowledge by evaluation of the data collect for the intelligent cities models in the European Union.
