Approach to Control Meters Use in Management of Logistic Customer Service

Abstract:

The article presents the results of research on control of the level of logistic customer service using the meters of this service in the surveyed freight transport enterprises in southern Poland, as well as control of the level of logistic customer service offered by competitive enterprises. Moreover the distribution of the use of the meters of logistic customer service level in the surveyed enterprises and the frequency of surveys of the level of logistic customer service offered by competing enterprises in dependence on the size of enterprises were presented.
