Abstract:

It has been argued that the effectiveness of the state policy in the field of economic security of Ukraine can be assessed according to criteria and indicators of efficiency of the public administration system and the activities of certain public administration entities in the field of economic security, as well as criteria and indicators of law enforcement activity in the field of economic security.

It has been concluded that the criteria for the efficiency of law enforcement activity in the field of economic security are: the effectiveness of internal management activity of state authorities; public confidence in the relevant law enforcement agencies; indicators of counteraction to crimes and other offenses in the field of economy, economic activity, corruption.
