Abstract:

Youth unemployment is a major concern in all European countries. Relocation might be a solution to address this issue. Several schemes were designed and implemented in the European Union for this purpose. Yet, one question remains: are people aged 15-34 not in education or training willing to relocate? This article aims to address these issues, focussing on Romania. Finally, some recommendations are made in order to increase youth’s willingness to relocate.
