Abstract:

Information technology (ICT `s) have entered various sectors of society by allowing application development improve the quality of life of citizens, enabling social inclusion of the same. The health sector is a sector with the use of ICT's has incorporated a number of services that promote the neediest and geographically distant from large populations. The e-health, tele-medicine are new terms used to describe care services to patients with the use of ICT `s. This paper presents an architecture of services in e-health through a broadband network Field for the Chacao municipality in Caracas Venezuela, enabling the institutions responsible for the health sector to incorporate a suite of applications to improve its administrative management and service to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the Municipality
