Aspects Of Development Of World Robotics Within Industry 4.0

Abstract:

The development of the modern world economic system is accompanied by the massive introduction of information and communication technologies in all sectors of economic development. The development and application of innovative information technologies have led to the digital transformation of the economy; today the landscape of the global system is rapidly changing. The introduction of innovative technologies is very rapid, which ensures the high dynamics of technological development. In today's world, a completely new innovative direction of economic development has emerged - the digital economy, which is based on the use of the most advanced information and communication technologies. The basis of any economy is the manufacturing sector, on the basis of which the entire economic system is formed, it is no coincidence that the manufacturing sector is undergoing a powerful digital transformation. One of the drivers for the development of a modern innovative economy is Industry 4.0, a direction that has been developed over the past few years, which involves the innovative development of not only industry, but also related areas. One of the main components of Industry 4.0 is the development of robotics, designed to provide full automation and autonomy of jobs. The goals and tasks that have to be solved within Industry 4.0 are analyzed in this study, the main components of this area are considered and investigated, it is determined that one of the basic components of the development of Industry 4.0 is the introduction and application of modern robots that can provide opportunities for the development of the manufacturing sector in direction of full autonomy of management and organization. In this regard, modern trends in the development of robotics are analyzed, a study of the world market of robots and robotic systems within the concept of Industry 4.0 is carried out, the dynamics of its development, average annual growth rates are determined, market leaders are determined, both among countries and among world robot manufacturing companies. Such key indicators as the density of industrial robots in different countries were determined in this study; the dynamics of changes in the cost of robots were evaluated under the influence of the development of innovative technologies. Based on the comprehensive analysis, further prospects of the global robotics are identified, within further digital transformation, determined by the direction of Industry 4.0.
