Abstract:
Today, more and more companies face the necessity to increase productivity to cope with competition. One of the least explored ways to increase productivity is to improve human performance. This is influenced by a number of organizational factors (work organization, organization of rest time, technological endowment, motivation, organizational culture, etc.), as well as by employee-dependent factors (work satisfaction, attitude and behavior in work, creativity, etc.). Also the organizational climate influences the performance of employees, but can also be considered as an organizational factor and an individual factor, depending on each person's perception of the conditions in the organization. This study wich is a pilot research investigates employees' perceptions of this relationship and aspects of performance evaluation.
