Abstract:

The paper deals with the influence of sustainable development projects which are created by the BRICS group on the development of the Arctic zone. Types, purposes, particular qualities of sustainable development were investigated by overview of foreign and native scientific literature. The research carried out a comparative analysis of indicators and various assessment systems of sustainable development. In the paper are also investigated projects implemented by the group BRICS such as: New Development Bank, Network University, and Green Technology Platform, which can make an influence on the sustainable development of the Artic and its indicators. The necessity of elaboration key strategic indicators of the Artic Zone sustainable development is given. For the goal was made an adaptation of the components of the enterprise's BSC for the region as a System of regional indicators (SRI). As a result the addiction between key indicators of sustainable development of Arctic zone on four components of SRI and BRICS projects results was investigated.
