Abstract:

This paper is based on the concept of advances in technology and its impact on company’s business plan. In this regards it focuses on highlighting the importance of big data and its usage, mobile technology & its risk, social media and risk, and social media policy. Based on the results these concepts were found to have direct impact on company’s business plan. It was evident that the advancement in technology not only leads towards innovative change in the business environment but also brings new risks which can affect a company’s plan. In addition, the social media and its associated risks which companies face are also discussed in this paper.
