Abstract:

Clusters are designed to become points of growth, supplying competitive products to markets and thereby influencing the development of individual regions and the country as a whole. The implementation of the cluster approach to the development of regional economic systems allows to build a strategic dialogue between all participants of the innovation process, such as public authorities, development institutions, professional community, innovative organizations.
