The technical progress dynamics applied in sanitary field increases the size and complexity of the assessment in this field, requiring laborious analytical calculations. The scientific research of the social and economic efficiency involves a uniform methodology for collecting, processing and interpreting information, simultaneous with the use of specific economic and mathematical techniques. The society development level determines the living standard, the quality of life and the condition of health as an essential; therefore the health activity cannot be analyzed without taking into account the social, economic and cultural conditions.
